1. FOB Price:
At present, we only offer EXW price to all our customers for small orders, but for a large quantity order shipped by container, we will offer you FOB Shenzhen price.
2. Payment term:
At present, we only accept T/T and West Union payment method.
3. Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ):
No matter what quantity you want, we will try our best to offer it to you. Usually, our M.O.Q is 50 pcs/kits for each item.
4. Price list:
Please visit our website: and choose your interested products. Price list of the items you selected will be sent to you after receiving your return email. Our price will depend on your order quantity. We are a manufacturer of our products, so we promise to offer you the best price.
5. Delivery time and OEM Order
If the products are NOT made based on your Trade Mark, we can send the goods to you in one week after we receive your payment.
There is no problem for us to make the products based on your brand, but the price should include the cost of gift box and you should provide us your design. The delivery would be around 35 days due to printing the gift boxes from the very beginning,but it would only need around 20 days for the repeated order.
6. How to get the sample:
So sorry to say that we don't offer free samples. When you confirm the model that you need, we will make a PI for you, including the freight charge. When we get your payment, we will send you the samples, usually within 1-2 days.
7. Shipping :
We normally suggest our customers to choose DHL Express if the order is not so large. For a large order, we recommend air freight to save your shipping cost. The shipping cost will depend on the total weight of your order.
8. Warranty:
We offer 1 year warranty of free repair or replace for all our products. If the goods have quality problem, we will replace within 3 months. In this case, we will have the faulty goods returned at first, and then we send the new ones to you with your next order.
