CNC Table Plasma Cutting Machines for Light Pole
1. Description and Features
This machine is economic type CNC pipe cutter and special designed for cutting Light Pole. It consists of a table type CNC Plate cutting machine and a Rotating Chuck and Support for pipe, which could be used to cut both on plates and pipes.
1) Machine Table
Precious linear round guide rail, the linear tolerance of two guides on X axis is less than +/-0.05mm.
X and Y axisl vertical tolerance is less than +/-0.05mm
Max. workingl speed: 12.8 m/min both x- and Y-axis
Max. movingl speed without working: 26.4m/min both x- and Y-axis
2) Cutting Torch: Plasma
And flame could be equipped too upon request. Flame cutting torch for heavy gauge while plasma torch for light gauge
3) Control System
The control system uses an industrial computer and control software in English. The industrial computer uses ISO standard CNC language, meanwhile show cutting shape, tail cutting movement dynamically, and simulating the cutting movement. Also can be programmed by manual and have L/O supervise function. It can connect with Internet to exchange data as well as use disk. USB port to copy file into machine system.

6) Plasma Power unit: China made LGK100 recommended, 100A.
Thermal Dynamics or Hypertherm system from USA could be equipped and might be supplied locally, but not included in the price.
7) Software for sheet process.
8) Rotating Chuck and Support. Pipe diameter: 100-300 mm, Length up to 2400 mm the same as the plate cutting length.
9) Spare parts: Touch tips etc.

Cutting thickness: Cutting Capacity: 0.5-30 mm for plasma (max. cutting thickness depend on Plasma Power unit), Best use for cutting in 0.5-8 mm recommended for LGK 100. 6-200 mm for flame
Cutting speed: 1-8000 mm/min (depending on material thickness)
Cutting Unit Transformer: 380/3/50 - 30 A
Touch Screen Transformer:220/1/50 - 15 A
Air: 320 cf/hour (0.15 cm/min)
Pressure: 90 PSI, dry air without oil
