Dingfeng used tire pyrolysis system
1.This project Jiangxi Dingfeng branding used tire pyrolysis system uses the temperature of physical method of waste rubber products for crushing, shredding, the use of low-temperature cracking pressure pyrolysis reactions.
2.Automatic separation of fuel oil, scrap metal, carbon black, and a small amount of non-condensable gas into liquid fuel after reduction.
3. Closed the whole process of production, with a flue gas cleaning system, no waste discharge, no secondary pollution, to achieve high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. Automatic PLC process control operation.

b. Feeding system
c. horizontal type pyrolysis processor.
d. Automatic slag system
e. central electrical controlling system
f. water-cooled type cooling system
