Jiangxi Dingfeng tyres scrap pyrolysis machinery
This project Jiangxi Dingfeng tyres scrap pyrolysis machinery uses the temperature of physical method of waste rubber products for crushing, shredding, the use of low-temperature cracking pressure pyrolysis reactions. Automatic separation of fuel oil, scrap metal, carbon black, and a small amount of non-condensable gas into liquid fuel after reduction.
Closed the whole process of production, with a flue gas cleaning system, no waste discharge, no secondary pollution, to achieve high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. Automatic PLC process control operation.

1. The machine is used for mixing the natural rubber, used to make good quality of reclaimed rubber from used tire and mixing after desulfurization.

1. Quality warranty period: one year. In the warranty period, if there are some troubles with the machines. The manufacture should send engineers to repair or replace the parts freely (expert for easy broken parts, like rollers and knife/blade). But you need pay the come and back tickets.
2. According to the demand of buyer, our factory send the engineers to install and debug, But the charge in the buyer’s site and the traveling should be paid by buyer (including the cost of living, the round-trip ticket etc…)
3. For the damage caused by the user, our factory provides the parts and repairing with best price.
4. Ourcompany can provide the safe operation training, the maintain
and repairing of equipment training freely.
