Introduction:
lignite rotary dryer is one of the mainly preparation equipments at present. According to different moisture requirement for dried material in various industries, the finished product water content could be able to below 1-0.5%.The materials that will be fed into this drier should be not sticky.
Working principle:
In the input system there are fan and burner devices. In the discharge system, there are discharge devices and dust collector and other devices, which will be designed according to the customers’ requirement. The material first go into inside drum, because there are the spiral shape boards fixed in the drum, when the dryer makes rotary work, the spiral shape board will stir the material and make the material do longitudinal movement. When the materials reach the right side of the drum, under gravity effect, the materials go into the second drum, because of director plate device, the materials go into the second drum, and the same work principle, the materials go into outside drum, in the drying working process, the materials make three times drying, so the material can be dried completely.
