uses the Room temperature physical methods of waste tires crushing, grinding, fine rubber powder preparation, steel, fiber. The waste tire form the "black pollution" fully control, with great economic and social benefits, making 100% recycled scrap tires.
Whole production process closed, no waste emissions, no secondary pollution, to achieve high efficiency, energy saving, environmentally friendly . Automatic PLC process control operation, 20-120 mesh of arbitrary regulation.
- 1. Rolling circle machine:pull out the steel wire before cutting tire
- 2. Tire crusher:cut the diameter<1200mm tire into 50*100mm rubber
- 3. Rubber shredder:shred <100mm rubber into <15mm rubber particles
- 4. Magnetic separator:remove the broken steel in the rubber particles
- 5. Particles pulverizer:shred <25mm particles into <5mm rubber particles
- 6. Particles grinder: grind 5-20mesh pure rubber particles into 40-120 mesh powder.
- 7. Line vibrating screen: move impurity, powder, testing and end washing
8.Fiber separator: separate powder into light and heavy parts

1. The machine is used for mixing the natural rubber, used to make good quality of reclaimed rubber from used tire and mixing after desulfurization.
2. This machine is suitable for reclaimed rubber plant,conveyor factory,rubber products fatory,shoe factory,cable plant,seals and other related industries.
3.The complete equipment is at room temperature without any pollution, is using physical methods to break down waste tires into steel wire and rubber particles or powder, it can re-use of waste tires into renewable resources, “black gold”.
