1. 1.     Rolling circle machine:pull out the steel wire before cutting tire  
2. 2.     Tire crusher:cut the diameter<1200mm tire into 50*100mm rubber 
3. 3.     Rubber shredder:shred <100mm rubber into <15mm rubber particles
4. 4.     Magnetic separator:remove the broken steel in the rubber particles 
5. 5.     Particles pulverizer:shred <25mm particles into <5mm rubber particles 
6. 6.     Particles grinder: grind 5-20mesh pure rubber particles into 40-120 mesh powder. 
7. 7.     Line vibrating screen: move impurity, powder, testing and end washing 

        8.Fiber separator: separate powder into light and heavy parts

1. The machine is used for mixing the natural rubber, used to make good quality of reclaimed rubber from used tire and mixing after desulfurization.
