Production Flow:

 

I) Structural Parts Preparation

 

1. welding effuser and branch header and shaping

 

2. press forming tube sheet and fins sheet

 

3. inserting the tube into the arranged fins sheet and expanding

 

II) Assembly                                                                               

 

1. welding the frame

 

2. placing the fin tubes into frame through left & right tube sheet, welding effuser and base tube.

 

3. Welding the support lugs and lifting lugs finally

 

III) Later Process

 

testing pressure, spray painting, labelling and packaging
