Introduction:
Filter bag is a key component of bag filter, and mainly made from PP, PE, nylon and so on,with a filterig precision of 1-400um, the bag body can be manufactured by machine sewing or heat staking,the collar of the bag is made of steel ring or plastic ring, shall be determined according to medium, temperature, chemical conditions and filtering efficiency as filtering.
Features:
- Applies wholly the sanitary filtering materials as pper FEA stipulation, silicon oil not included
- Multilayer compound and deep filtraton structure, avoids from cleansing, resists to acid and soda.
- Perfect changeover pressure difference is 0.1Mpa, it is recommended that it shall not exceed 0.16Mpa maximum
- Operating temperature is less than 100°c, filtering precision 25-400um(nominal precision)
