AUTO-WELDING MANIPULATOR SERIES

   There are many types of auto welding manipulator for customers to choose and many functions like welding method, tracking, monitoring, flux recovery transmission can be tailored for customers' needs.

    As well as that, this machine can be used together with welding rotator and automatic arc welding machine to form an automatic welding center.

    At the same time, auto welding manipulator can also be used together with other foreign or domestic welding devices.

   With regard to excellent performance, height of beams range from 2m to 12m and the structure between wishbone and the beams is strong, ensuring precise support and stability for accurate welding.

    For circumferential welding or vertical welding, wishbone can be either placed deep inside of the small-caliber or outside of the large diameter devices.

    And wishbone is adjusted through frequency control but PLC programmable controller is also available with mechanical precision and accurate positioning.
