Modified Polymer Cement-based Waterproof mortar(universal type)
Characteristic
a)Flexible, are adopt to a certain degree of vibration and shift of the building.
b) High adaptability to wet and dry base layer, not flowing on elevation.
c)Short solidification time, the curing time is 6-8 hours under the ventilated and dry environment of 23 °c .
d)Good weather resistance.
e)High elasticity and high durability.
f)Poison-free and odor-free, no pollution, easy construction short in construction time.
g)Ventilation property, no bulking even on wet base layer.
Applicable scope
This product applies to masonry, concrete, mal, wood, hard plastic, glass, plasterboard, foam board, asphalt, rubber, and civil construction(such as building, wall surface, subsurface, tunnel, bridge, basement, balcony, and kitchen).

Construction points:
1.The base surface must be dense,clean,without loose or hollowing ,no oil and other dirts.
2.Put clean water into barrel,add waterproof powder mortar.use agitator to strir it until thick paste ,put it aside for 5 minutes, stirt it once again and can be used .Don’t add water when strir the second time.The mixed mortar must be used up within 2 hours,the remaining out-of-date mortar can not be used.

3.Use steel spatula or brush roller to smear the adjusted mortar on wall or ground ,wall paintcoat thickness should not over 1mm every time , can paint the second layer in 2 hours..floor paintcoat thickness should not be over 5mm every time.paint the second layer after 6 hours.
4.After 24 hours maintenance , can do the follow-up construction.
Notes:
- 1.Waterproof mortar can not be used on non-absorbent surface(such as: metal), and easy-to-vibration surface(such as: metal frame partition) 2.this product should do the construction between5°C~35°C.
- 3.Do not do the construction outdoors in the rainy day.
Dosage reference:
- The dosage varies from base materials ,construction and design demands.1mm thickness with about 1.6kg/m2(wall).2kg/m2(ground).
Package and storage:
- 25kg/bag. Keep it in a cool and dry place, unopened product can be stored for 6 months.
