ESE-101 elastomer (SBS) modified bitumen waterproof membraneis a kind of flexible sheet waterproof material, with styrene - butadiene- styrene (SBS) thermoplastic elastomer modified bitumen as theimpregnated and coated material and the polyester felt, glass fiber feltor reinforced glass fiber polyester felt as the reinforcement, coveredwith isolation materials such as polyethylene film, fine sand and mineralsheet.
Product Features
1).Providing a high-strength waterproof layer with the great resistance to pressurewater
2).High tensile strength, large elongation rate and good adaptability to substratedistortion and crack
3).With excellent resistance to high and low temperature, providing normal functionat -50℃ and applicability to both hot and cold regions, especially cold regions
4).High-strength thick polyester reinforcement, providing resistance to puncture, tearand fatigue.
5).Excellent corrosion resistance, mold resistance and weathering resistance
6).High workability: possible application all year round based on hot-melt method,with joints being reliable and heat resistant.
Application Scope
1).Polyester felt reinforced elastomer modified bitumen membrane applies to the floor and undergroundwaterproofing of industrial and civil buildings;
2).Type II waterproof membrane applies to the roofing and underground waterproofing works requiring Grade I orII waterproofing;
3).Glass fiber reinforced polyester felt membrane applies to the waterproofing of mechanically fixed single floor,but it needs to pass the wind load test;
4).Fiberglass reinforced membrane applies to the general roofing and underground works with stable structure;
5).In case of exposure to the atmosphere, the waterproof membrane with opaque mineral aggregates as theisolation material shall be adopted;
6).The waterproof membrane with fine sand as the isolation material shall be used for the waterproofing ofunderground works;
