Characteristics of Equipment
1.Choosing domestic or imported medicine core diameter of φ3.2mm to φ1.6, self shielded flux cored wire or solid core welding wire to produce various specifications of wearresistant composite plates,surfaces are plate after welding and equipments are capable of continuously operating for a long time
2.We use precision parts to produce the equipment , so the machine is able to produce wear resistant composite steel plate of ultrathin type 2+2. Besides, specifications cover all resistant composite steel plate,such as 2+2,5+2,6+4,6+6,8+8,10+10,20+30 and so on. Surfaces of abrasion resistant plates are plate and the flatness is quite as ordinary steel plate.
3.Hanging head is able to telescope up and down,slide in the gantry arm and automatically arrange beads during the process of welding.
