Product Description
Our company produces the steel pretreatment line which can clean up the 5 meters wide steel, at the same time common steel such as Angle steel, channel steel, i-beam steel pretreatment line can be used to deal with.
Steel pretreatment line shot blasting machine for steel (raw material) before processing surface shot blasting derusting and coated with a layer of protection primer.Steel after pretreatment can improve the mechanical products and corrosion resistance of metal components, improve the anti-fatigue performance of steel plate and prolong its service life.At the same time it can also optimize the steel surface status of the production process, feed and precision blanking is advantageous to the CNC cutting machine.In addition, because processing before steel's shape is rules,it is convience for mechanical descaling and automatic spray paint.
Main Features
1.Steel pretreatment line is mainly composed of roller conveyor system, shot blasting cleaning machine, automatic spray paint, drying room, shot blasting dust removal system, paint mist filtering system and electric control system, and can be extended and preheating chamber automatic unloading system.
2.Steel pretreatment line shot blasting machine can not only carry on traditional strengthening and cleaning, it also be able to paint on steel plate processing.
3.It can able to preheat the right on the workpiece surface.In preheating zone, steel plate surface is properly heat, damp raw materials were drying.In this way can get better cleaning effect
