Broiler poultry farming equipement

Equipment of the broiler chicken house

- poultry feeding line

The feeding line consists of :

Ø feeding pans : diameter 13 inches

Ø feeder and hopper unit : capacity 59kg

Ø auger and tube : deliver capacity 540kg/hr

Ø direct-drive unit : 56/60 Hz

- feeding pan system

The special design of our feeding pans prevent feed loss and provides consistent fresh feed to the birds. The pan's feed level control unit ensures constant feed delivery for day-old chicks and when all pans are filled, an electronic sensor automatically switches the unit off.

The grille design allows the pan and grille assembly to spin a 360°circumference, providing a practical

flooding feature.

- drinking system

it provides always fresh clean water to all birds made of strong and durable materials to resist to all commonly used cleansing products and forceful flushing.

simple and easy cleaning of the reusable disc filter. medicine can be added to the drinking system

- nipple drinkers

Nipple drinkers are ideally suited for poultry finishing up to a live weight of approx. 5 kg.

They provide sufficient water supply even for heavier poultry.

The single-arm drip cup keeps the litter dry without hindering the birds from drinking.

- water connection unit

This unit is installed between the main water system and the house water line and can consist of different modules which may be composed according to your requirements.

The correct water pressure is adjusted via the pressure regulator.

- cable winches

It allows easy and secure raising of the drinker and feeder lines, we offer several cable winches both manual and automatic.

Use of cable winches for optimum height adjustment of the drinking and the finding line in relation with the brids' age.

- silo

Our silos are made from galvanized sheet steel.

All systems can be filled pneumatically or by auger.The size of the silo required depends on daily feed consumption and required storage time.

They can withstand wind gusts up to 150 km/h.

- fogging cooler

This system is ideal for cooling and humidifying the house. Special high-pressure nozzles atomise water into a micron aerosol fog which is immediately absorbed by the warm air. The heat in the house is dissipated by evaporation and temperature decreases within a few minutes.

Only an electricity supply and a water pipe are required for employing this system in the house.

- pad cooling system

each system utilizes the natural cooling effect of evaporation to efficiently cool the air entering your buildings. Combined with the wind-chill effect of tunnel ventilation, these systems improve production in the hottest weather.

- ventilation fan system

It delivers fresh air and removes excess heat, moisture and undesirable gases from the broiler house. A typical ventilation system in a chicken house consists of fans, air inlets, evaporative cooling system and controller/thermostats.
