Broiler poultry farming equipement
Ground raising equipment for broilers chickens include the feed silo, the feeding line (with feeding
pans and hoppers), drinking line (with nipple drinkers), pad cooling system, heating system,
ventilators, fog spray system and environmental controller.
It’s suitable for large scale raising house and helps to reduce labor cost.

The feeding line consist of :

6. hanging pieces (winch)
7. anti-roost piece.
1. Feed hopper
Capacity : 105 liters
Materiel : galvanized steel
2. Conveying pipe
Diameter of conveying pipe: φ45mm
Material: hot-dip galvanized steel pipe with the zinc coating amount of more than 275g/m2

Feeding capacity: 450kg/h
3. Feeding pans
The special design of our feeding pans prevent feed loss and provides consistent fresh feed to the birds.
The pan's feed level control unit ensures constant feed delivery for day-old chicks and when all pans are filled, an electronic sensor automatically switches the unit off.

4. Drive motor
Motor, 0.75 Kw 380V,50HZ,3-PHASE
5. Silo
Our silos are made from galvanized sheet steel. All systems can be filled pneumatically or by auger. The size of the silo required depends on daily feed consumption and required storage time.
They can withstand wind gusts up to 150 km/h.
6. Drinking line
It provides always fresh clean water to all birds made of strong and durable materials to resist to all commonly used cleansing products and forceful flushing.
7. Nipple drinkers
They provide sufficient water supply even for heavier poultry. The single-arm drip cup keeps the litter dry without hindering the birds from drinking.

8. Water connection unit
This unit is installed between the main water system and the house water line and can consist of different modules which may be composed according to your requirements.
The correct water pressure is adjusted via the pressure regulator. Medicaments can be added to
the drink line thanks to the medical pump.
9. Pad cooling system
The house utilizes the natural cooling effect of evaporation to efficiently cool the air entering your buildings. Combined with the wind-chill effect of tunnel ventilation, these systems improve production in the hottest weather.
10. Heating system
Boiler system used with oil or fuel. Hot water goes through pipe and built-in fans provide a wide throwing range and distribute warm air in the house.
11. Ventilation fan system
It delivers fresh air and removes excess heat, moisture and undesirable gases from the broiler house.
12. Environmental controller
The controller monitors house environmental conditions and adjusts the heating, ventilation and cooling equipment as necessary to keep temperatures constant. It includes alarm system, temperature and humidity sensor.

Broiler chicken shed
According customer’s request, we can also provide prefabricated house design. The main structure of our chicken sheds can be made with light steel, galvanized tube or welded H shaped steel.
Hot-dip galvanized treatment ensure long longevity and reduces the rate of corrosion and aging
All parts of the shed are shaped and perforated in the factory before delivery and are ready for installation site. The mounting of the shed do not requires no soldering as all components are bolted together. The structure can me modified or changed without altering the original structure.
