Industrial sand blasters
This special version of the machine is dedicated to the surface roughening of aluminium profiles to remove the extrusion defects and reduce the cost and duration of following anodising process.
The machine is designed to work with very small stainless steel shots.
A blowing system at the end of the blasting tunnel combined with a lifting device for the profiles on the offloading conveyor ensures the removal of shots remaining on the materials after the surface treatment.
