Product Description
Cold Roll Surface Texturing Shot Blasting Machine is especially for shot blasting for the designated part of the roller. Shot blasting for roller can not only remove feculence like rust, oxidation film, welding spatter, but also intensify the rigidity of roller to HS90-95 instead of HS4-45 before texturing process. It eliminates, tress concentration and improve roller's anti fatigue, therefore the roller acquires some roughness. High efficiency,low cost,and cost-effective.


Principle

The trolley is pulled into shot blasting chamber locked and doesn't move,the workpiece(rolls) support in the car spin rubber supporting shaft (roller) on the uniform spin around the axis. The impeller head is arranged on the top of the chamber body to inject special pills,shot blast workpiece surface,Make the work surface without destroying the original geometric precision to acheive uniform rough purpose.
