This equipment is mainly used in cleaning on the surface of the h-beam and steel plate, through the shotblast cleaning, remove the surface of the steel rust, dirt, scale, etc,and strengthen effect of components、improve the level of fatigue resistance, and finally it can achieve the purpose of clean steel surface and strengthen internal quality.
Repair and Maintenance
1. The machine should be regular maintenance, timely maintenance and lubrication.
2. Maintenance shold be forbidden to forget the tools, screws and other parts into the machine.
3.It is forbidden to pit be affected with damp, projectile rust agglomerate .if machine have a long-term date to work ,you need to be regularly running half an hour.
4. The machine should be periodically removed the sscrap of the eparator and precipitator to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
