Princile and Structure
CND tilt drum shot blasting machine from the cradle, drum tilting mechanism, cylinder cover, projectile circulatory system, shot blasting, loading mechanism, hydraulic system and electrical constitution.
The following applications can be undertaken:
Descanding and decoring of castings.
Descaling of castings,forgings and heat treated parts.
Shot peening(without process security).
Deburring of plastic and rubber parts.
Cradle roller consists of the following components:
1The cleaning chamber
From both sides of the thick steel plate coupling into the chamber body through the intermediate square tube steel. Mainly used to carry the drum and the drive. Action coupling cylinder drum cleaning process to achieve shaken up and down, so that the workpiece is sufficiently stirred to clean.
2 Cradle body
The steel plate welded into the outer cone barrel, the middle roll band have lined abrasion resistant polyurethane sheeting, wear board has flipped workpiece rib, bottom opened a lot of holes, bullet and clean up the scale, sand, flash etc from leaking through this hole after the upgrade separation.
3 Cradle drive
There are two central drum hanging plastic roller support, the rear is a rotation center of the spherical bearings. Driven by the idler gear to drive the drum rotation.
4 Enclosure
Roller cover the entire opening of the sealed package to prevent splashing projectiles and projectile recovery and clean up the scale, sand, burrs, etc., in order to separate recycling.
5 Cradle reversing mechanism
The entire mechanism is controlled by a hydraulic system. Cylinder by cylinder to realize the operation of the lid opening, closing and barrel cleaning process of shaking up and down.
