It has same advantage for storaging rice, wheat, barley, corn and rice and etc, which will make such foods be prevented from moth, heat, mildew.

SYSTEM PRINCIPLE:
(Main factors: air,CMS,pressure)
PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) nitrogen making uses the AIR as its raw material,
by use of the selective absorption character of CMS(carbon molecular sieve),
which will absorb O2 by means of PRESSURE from compressor.
As a result, sepearted N2 produced.

1. German technique for nitrogen generation and molecular sieve filling process so that recycling rate of molecular sieve is maximized and pulverization rate is minimized.
2. Adjustable and detachable absorption tower has been successfully developed and introduced at the heart part which influences life cycle of molecular sieve so that the molecular sieve always operates in stable and static condition.
3.Successfully incorporated vortex emission discharge. The adoption of such unit enables timely and effective replenishment of regenerated gases for molecular sieve so that gas consumption rate is significantly reduced .
4.Customers can realize 24-hour control and adjustment through remote control system startup, shutdown, flow rate, gas purity, air pressure, nitrogen pressure and absorption tower working pressure.
