Features
  • Adopt Airtac pneumatic components from Taiwan, electric and pneumatic one, need to contact to the air compressor; simple operation, high filling accuracy;
  • The machine body using 201 stainless steel, and use food grade of 304 stainless steel material contact parts of the machine, comply with the food safety; the material contact  parts can optional 304 or 316 stainless steel;
  • Stainless steel valve system design;
  • Piston type filling, can be operated by a foot pedal or by automatic timer, quick release nozzle and feed pipe, could transfer between semi-auto or automatic;
  • Filling volume, filling speed can be adjustable, bottom close positive shutoff nozzles to ensure the no drip free operation;
  • Extremely easy to clean and maintain;
  • Can optional the machine model: 10-100ml 20-200ml 50-500ml 100-1000ml 260-2600ml 500-5000ml;
  • One head with one cylinders, filling head can optional single head, two head;
  • Conform to GMP;
