Machine Description:
High practicable for kinds of waste plastics recycling like plastic films, sheets and style material. It is adopted PID temperature control, nonstop filter net hydraulic changing for high automation. Particular features have granules from this machine with good plastic performance.
Main Advantage:
1. Multifunctions of crushing and granulation. Whole plastic bags can undergo direct granulation without crushing
2. Double-column online screen exchanger with larger filtering area.
3. Water ring granule cutting avoid material staining.
Process line:
Film → conveying feeding → Metal detector → Film agglomerating → Degassing single screw extruder → Hydraulic screen extruder → Rub surface granulating machine → Slip trough → Dewatering machine → Librating screener → Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing
