Product Description
The feature of WPC PP PE decking production line:
1) It is mainly used for making PVC/WPC profile/ceiling/panel for decoration with different profile break-section moulds.
2) Max. Width: 500mm.
3) Speed: 1-4m/min.
4) Main electric components: Siemens, ABB, Omron and so on.
5) SGS, ISO9001: 2008.

7) It can also produce Wood+PVC profile with different screws.
8) If use single screw extruder, it can also produce other plastic +PVC profile, ceiling, panel and so on.
The working process of WPC decking production line:
1. Material: Wood powder + PP/PE granules + Additives
Wood powder + PP/PE + additives-------mixer------granulating------extruder-------mould-------vacuum forming table-------haul-off and cutting machine-------stacker------(sanding and embossing machine)------- the final products.
2. Material: Wood powder + PVC powder
Wood powder + PVC powder + additives-------mixer -------extruder------ mould----- vacuum forming table----- haul-off and cutting machine------- stacker--------( sanding and embossing machine)------ the final products.
