Feature
1) High quality; Reasonable design; Excellent manufacture; Fine material sorting; Wear well
2) Reasonable craft: Feed plastic and wood powder (after treated) separately and correctly which avoid layering phenomenon and mass defect because of different ratio of plastic and wood powder
3) Extruder and haul-off synchronistically apply PLC pressure closed loop control: Haul off speed up when increase the pressure thus insure stable pressure and quick pull apart.
4) High efficiency: Fine mixing and plasticizing effect, fine liquidity and extrude quickly, high efficiency
5) High fillings: Fine mixing and plasticizing effect, high decentralization, high addition (fillings of plant fiber 70-80% ), low cost
6) Low energy consumption: No need of drying granulation, obviously can save energy (compared with other equipment, it can save 50% of energy)
7) Long useful life: The barrel and screw components are made of special material and with special treatment. Long useful life (15000 hours).
8) Widely applicable: Can be used to produce PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS and various plant fibers
