1.Simple Description:
SJ single screw extruder is mainly used to process PP, PE, PP-R, ABS and other plastics. Equipped with auxiliary machines, it can manufacture profiles, pipes, sheets, granulations and other plastic products.
Model SJSZ series twin conical screws extruder is a kind of special equipment for extruding of PVC powder. With different sorts of molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce all sorts of PVC plastic pipes, profiles, plates, sliced material, bar material and granules.
2.The Characteristic of Plastic Extruder:
1. It adopts Electro-magnetic Heating System which can save 40% to 60% Electric power.
2. High speed, high production capacity of extrusion on the high quality basis. Lower temperature plasticizing design; ensure high quality extrusion.
3. High shear and low melting plasticizing temperature ensure material high performance extrusion.
4. Unique grooved structure feed bush with force cooling system that can increase output at 15-20%.
