Application
The plastic film agglomerator is a machine developed for plasticizing & recycling of thermoplastic film, tape & Pet Bottle flakes and many more. The unit essentially consists of drum-container and a high speed rotor equipped with blades placed inside the drum itself. The plastic film is inserting inside the drum where the blades cut, mix and plasticize the product. By introducing certain water quantity a cooling and a partial solidification of melted mass is affected. Persisting blade rotation get solidified mass in to irregular shape clots, which permit an easy handling,stocking and extruder feeding.
The agglomerator machine is used to granulate the thermal plastic films, PET fibers, whose thickness is less than 2 mm into small granules & pellets directly. The soft PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PS, PP, foam PS, PET fibers and other thermoplastics are suitable for it.

A: We have some machines in our warehouse, if the machine match your demands, we can ship the machine to you within 7days after testing.
2. Q: If my machine can not work when I receive it, what will your factory do?
A: First of all, do not worry about the thing, we will test the machine before shipment. And if it happened, we will send our engineer to your factory to repair the machine.
3. Q: If my machine is broken within one year, what your factory will do?
A: Just send us some pictures and our engineer will analysis the reason, and send you broken parts for free.
4. Q: How can I believe your factory and machines.
A: We have CE, ISO certificates. And we have customers all around the world, we can test the machine after it finished and you check, if it can not reach your demands, we will change, or even give back your deposit.
5. Q: How many days needed to finish the machine and what is about the payment?
A: Normally we use T/T payment. And normal machine need 30 working days. If we have the same machine in storage, it can be finished with 7 working days.
