1,Simple description:
SHR High Speed Mixer is mainly composed of pot, mixing blade, momentum driving device, base and electric control cabinet etc. It is widely used in drying mixing and blending the powder, liquid, granulate of powder, dyestuffs, plastics, rubber, foodstuffs, chemical, Caco3 etc. This mixer is usually used in lab, because it possesses small shape and precise body.
2.Main Feature:
- 1. It is used in mixing, drying, coloring and other processing.
2. The technology of the main shaft sealed apparatus has got the state patent and it has two functions of electric and steam heating.
3. Two layers of sealing technology are adopted in the pot cover. The opening of the heating mixed cover adopted the air opening device and the opening of the cooling mixed cover adopted hydraulic pressure control system.
4. The electric control section with the programmable logic control adopted well-known imported meters and control components.
5. It is equipped with the pulse dust-cleaning recovery device.
6. The blades have been passed the test of the dynamic and static balance testing machine.
7. We use frequency converter in the mixer, replace the two speed motor, so that can help you saving the electric consumption.
8. This mixer have the function of mixing, heating, coloring and drying, it can mix Color Master Batch more equably and uniformly.
