1.With manual and remote control, the air winch uses compressing air as working medium.

a. Remote control: The winch control valve is designed separately from the air motor to keep far away from the winch body so that can be operated in a long distance.

b.Winch braking: The air winch is stopped by the cylinder ratchet wheel and hand brake. Before using the winch, open the ratchet wheel to stop the cylinder and the hand brake firstly; then pull or release the rope. Close the cylinder ratchet wheel brake and hand brake when the winch is not in use.

c.Specific operations: Loose the hand brake firstly before using the winch, and then open the ratchet wheel cylinder by operating the two-way reversing valves. Pull or release the rope after making sure that the winch is out of braking. When pulling or releasing the rope, only to operate the remote control handle which controls the speed of the air motor, positive and reverse rotation at the same time. Close the two-way reserving valves to stop the cylinder ratchet wheel and the hand brake while the winch is not in use.

The product is specially suited for lifting or pulling the heavy objectives in oil drilling and oil-gas exploration areas.
