1.The slag-stopping plug dispatching machine set has 3 types, YTD-1(apply to below 80tons converter),YTD-2(apply to 80-150tons converter),YTD-3(apply to above 150 tons converter)

Precise action: Using advanced monitoring and frequency-adjusting system, as well as our creative “second position” technology to double our positioning accuracy in comparison with similar foreign equipments, our SSP’s operational tolerance is about ±20mm, measured value is ±11mm , but our foreign competitors’ are at ±50mm level.

SSDM ' s key working part is a mechanical hand which like the a real hand, under the situation of the length over 6m, it can hold a SSP which is about 30 to 45 kg in the high radiation environment of 1600°C.
6.Complete function in software:There are two parallel instruction flows one action in the operation system. The effective one is always implemented, then the software’s reliability is also reinforced by this way.
