To get the best performance from your folding solar charger, please read the steps below:

a. Ensure the solar charger is in direct sunlight (glass will not allow it to work efficiently).

b. Allow the open folding solar charger 30 seconds to soak up the sun before plugging it into your device.
c. Make sure the open folding solar charger is facing the sun and rotate the panels as the sun moves through the sky throughout the day.
d. Make sure the folding solar charger are clean and free from any dust or dirt.

2. How do I clean the solar panels?

To clean the panels, use a damp non-abrasive cloth.

Minor scratches will melt away in hot sun.

3. Can I directly charge my iPhone or iPad via the folding solar charger?

Yes, we build in our high-efficiency usb solar controller on the folding solar charger, which supports the iPhone or iPad charging requirements.

And we recommend you to select our 6W or above folding solar charger.

Important: iPhones and iPads require full direct sun to charge.  If there is not enough sun your device may say that it is not compatible with the charger.
