Application: Mini Electric Wire Rope Hoist/ Suspended Platform Hoist /Lifting Cradle Hoist
The products of this series are applied to lifting minerals, equipments, materials and people in coal mine, metal mine and non-metal mine, and hauling or conveying purpose.
Working Principle:
The motor transmits power to the winding drum wrapped by wire rope through the reducer to lift and lower the container, reduce the speed through electric drive. Disk break is controlled by hydraulic pressure and electric; Position indicator system shows the depth of the container; the control system integrating the motor, electric and hydraulic pressure supervises and protects the whole equipment through a variety of sensors and control elements; Internal and external information transmission is carried out by the computer and the internet technology.
Technical Features:
- We adopt integral, two-part and four-part drums.
- The rope drum adopts the spiral rope groove pressed by engineering lining plastic, with steel sling set as transition device.
- Adopt the rear oil cylinder disc brake controlled by electric and hydraulic pressure; the hydraulic pressure station divides into two types – medium voltage and high voltage. Medium voltage station has two methods of braking – holding brake force and hydraulic delay; Medium and high voltage station has two types – the constant deceleration and the constant braking torque. Hydraulic pressure station is equipped with the pressure sensor and the pressure relay.
- Adopt the planar large torque for the friction coupling between the main shaft and the winding drum.
- The supervisory signal appliance consists of the optical-electricity encoder, the selsyn and the low speed direct current tachogenerator, which has the well-established supervisory and protective function of indicating over speeding, pulleying, depth indication of brake shoe wear and spring fatigue.
- The bench board consists of integral type and separated type, equipped with integrated signal lamp, stable electric instrument and new type integral operating handle with numerical depth indicator and the depth indicating system integrated the numerical and the lead screw type depth indicators. The product has specialized table boards such as industrial television or computer and printer.
- The hoist sheave device adopts integral or two-part cast-weld construction. The friction lining of plyvinyl chloride and nylon is set on the antifriction bearing and the gear rim.
- The product can be equipped with the mining hoist network control and the remote diagnosis system. Lifting Hoist
