CAISON^®CTH-9XXX series thermochromic pigment paste which can be used for thermochromic paint and textile printing is researched and produced by ourselves with part of imported raw materials, are applicable to textile printing and tinting. Also we can offer thermochromic pigment paste with color changing at different temperature.

1.Application scope:

CAISON^®CTH-9XXX series thermochromic pigment paste is professional used for textile printing and tinting of cotton,linen,polyester,acrylic and various blended fabrics.Also can be used for thermochromic paint and children's toys.

2.Characteristics:

A. Color changes at 31±3℃, reversible color changing;

B.Conform to National General Safety Technical Code for Textile Products GB18401-2010 and EN71-3;

C.Complete chromatogram, stable compatibility, high percentage of solid;

3.Warranty period of pigment paste used for thermochromic paint and textile:

12months, counting from the date of manufacture. Please refer to the batch number printed in the product trademark for detailed manufacturing date. Please contact us to confirm the validity of your warranty when it gets close to or beyond the deadline.

A.Testing performance index data was tested by our company. Customers may have different technology conditions and testing methods with ours while using our products. So we are not responsible for any loss if you use it directly without testing.  6.Storage of thermochromic color paste used for thermochromic paint and textile:

Please store the water-based pigment paste at 0℃~33℃ in a cool, dry and well-ventilated area. Avoid freezing or over-heating the paste. Tighten up the bucket lid after use. Avoid long-term exposure to the air in case the pigment particles would re-aggregate and form white bloom on the paste surface.

 3.Application Methods:

Formula recommended (mainly used for printing on cotton and polyester fiber)

Process: screen printing → drying for 3minutes at 100℃ → baking for 2minutes at 150℃.
