Hydraulic Machine - Characteristics
- This hydraulic machine is hydraulic tire curing press with sidewall plate. It adopts dual mode framework and independent unit structure.
- Beam movement type: Vertical lift. Heating type: Platen Type.
- The vulcanization pipe system can be customized.
- This hydraulic machine adopts that one hydraulic power unit drives one or five tire curing presses. The speed regulation of opening and clamping mould is taken the proportional control technology.
- This hydraulic machine can be configured with electric mould adjusting device, segmented mould driving device, tyre post inflation device and tyre holder, ect. according to the customer's request.
- The control system adopts imported electrical components, high degree of automation control.
Hydraulic Machine - Applications
This hydraulic machine is applicable to vulcanize truck radial tire and bias tire. And it is applicable to the Nitrogen vulcanization or steam vulcanization process.
Hydraulic Machine - Mechanism Features
- The type of center mechanism is BOM.
- The guide system of mould opening and clamping is adopted by roller guide and the clamping mechanism is used lateral plate bolt. Every mould is pressurized by 6 cylinders.
- This hydraulic machine is equiped with double-column manipulator and swing unloading mechanism.
- This hydraulic machine adopts PLC programmable controller as the control core. Based on industrial computer man-machine interface, users can realize the vulcanization process parameter setting as well as real-time data acquisition, preservation, alarm and visual query of historical parameters when vulcanizing.
- This hydraulic machine has Ethernet interface and supports cluster vulcanizing machine network.
