The RIP software allows you to set the optimal ink level for various fabrics for perfect results everytime. Be it a t-shirt, sweatshirt or mouse pad, you can get full ink saturation in a single pass.
3.Maintenance Requirements
All direct-to-garment printers today require simple but regular maintenance to remove ink residues and assure good ink flow. The BYC168 flatbed printer reduces the maintenance needs considerably with auto – maintenance.
1.Can i use your printer for mass production ?
Yes, you can. we have various kinds of adapter, the adapter can be sustomized according to the object size you printed. This can fix the object then you can print as many pieces in a time , so it make mass production into reality.
For tshirt printing , we have A2 size printer, you can print 3 tshirt a time,
we also have A1 and A0 size printer , you can print more t shirt a time.
2.Do i need to do some pretreatment or aftertreatment ?
for white or light color grament printing, you don't need to do any pretreatment, you can directly print it, after printing , you need to pressure the printer image with heat press machine for a few seconds.
for black or dark color t shirt, before printing, you nee use the color fixing agent to do pretreatment, then printing , pressure with heat press machine
