A. Double bubble washer
The machine frame 30 * 60 * 1.5 stainless steel square tube; guide rail make of 3#mm SUS 304 angle iron. Protect panle make of 20mm,hem make of nylon .the body make of SUS 304. Power with 0.75 kw variable speed motor. The transport belt make of plastic steel, center width 700mm, with high pressure cycle water pump and air pump .
B. Drum/Roll washer
Through the chain, the motor sproket wheel drives the sproket wheel on the long shaft, and then through the engagement of the sproket wheel of transition shaft and stainless steel chain on the roller, the roller starts to rotate. After entering into the roller, the materials will be washed by the spraying tube and scrubbed by the scrubbing btush so as to realize the cleaning effect. There are two water tanks at the bottom of the roller. The tank near to the material inlet side is cleaner tank, which connects with clear water through the water inlet pipe. The tank near to the material outlet side is circulating water tank, which contains the water coming from the roller after it washes the materials, and the water can be reused after being filtered by the filter screen in the water tank.
C.Brush washer
This machine can clean and peel the roll and longilineal vegetables, such as carrot, white turnip, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, oranges, chinese yam, ginger and so on.
It can clean and peel continous, save water, easy to operate and long operating life.
This machine is made of stainless steel. It is suitable for cleaning and peeling various of vegetables.
