Brief Introduction of terrazzo machine:
With the rapid urban construction, the rapid development of urban construction sidewalk increasingly higher grades. I study and design and manufacture of energy-saving automatic millstone MZJ series machines to solve how to improve efficiency and reduce costs in this issue.
Features of terrazzo machine:
1. There are 6 stations, five 1-5 type stone grinders.Transfer stations, turn the stone grinders,feed water can all realize automation. The rough calibrating, smoothing, fine-polishing and final-polishing can be accomplished only once.
2.Because of the high automaticcity, it is very obvious that the labor,electricity,labour intensity,space and cost can be saved greatly.
3.This machine has advanced design, skillfull structure,excellent quality,and easy to operate and maintain.
4.It can produce terrazzo tile around the clock, and the maximal output of the terrazzo can achieved 350 square meter/day.The monthly capacity is over 10000 square meter.
5.Because this machine use five 1-5 type stone grinders, it can fulfill the quality requirement at one time. The production efficiency is very high and equal to 15 manual terrazzo machines.Compared with the manual terrazzo machine,the labor costs of this machine can be reduced by half with the calculation of 300 square meter/day. Thus it's clear to see that this machine can help the terrazzo tile industry to realize the leap of the two actions---production capacity and economic benefit.
