Two Parts Silicone Encapsulant Rtv2 Silicone For Led Chip
HM-7101A/B
Directions:
The HM-7101A/B is formed by two parts potting adhesive, with 1.41 refractive index. Normally used as potting adhesive in LED patch, and high and low power LED module encapsulation like 3014,3528,5050,5630 surface mount devices,this binding agent has good adhesive strength for PPA, PCB and metal material.

Instructions for use:
Use the A,B parts according to their mass proportion of 1:1 and conduct the production in the dried and dust-free cirsumstance.
Before adhesive dispensing please clean the bracket thoroughly to get rid of the material which may hinder curing of adhesiv from the baseplate
Stir by Planetary gravity mixer to make it uniform mixing or emove air bubbles from the adhesive at 45℃ temperature with 10mmHg vacuum deegree before using
The bracket should be heated at 150℃ for 30 minutes for dehumidification before injection adhesive, and dispense adhesive before the rack absorb moisture again.
Heat the bracket in a 80℃ oven for 1hr then take to another 150℃ oven bake for 2-4 hours it will be full cured.
Put the untapped adhesive into the spotless container for later use
Notes:
HM-7101A/B is Addition type siliconeelastome,which should not touch some material alkyne,lead,tin,cadmiu,mercury and other heavy metal which may cause uncured or partialy cured.The potting suface must be cleaned before sealing and filling.
Different operation will result in various consequences may lead to bubble,barrier,debonding,crack etc. Please refer to associated personel to avoid above occurrenc.
Better the vacuumizer is an open system and never use for epoxy resin.The best way is to establish a dedicated organic silicon production line.
Please use appropriate container and stirring rod for mixing. And don’t wear silicon glove to get touch the silicon.
Because it is not easy to get rid of the bubbles from the organic silicon during operation, please heat up starting from room temperature while removing the buttbles.
In case the cememtation is not good generally it is owing to not full vulcanization can not adhere to the object, you can increase the temperature or heat it longer to improve the cememtation.
Due to the condistion and method is out of our control, this file can not be used to replace test,in case there is any query for the material whether hinder curing,just conduct a small compatibility test to ascertain its appropriateness for special application or consult our company technical staff
Storage and transportation:
Keep in dark and dried place in room temp.
Expiration date 6 months. If all technical tests remian ok after expiration date it can be used normally as well.
This product can be shipped as non-dangerous chemicals
A,B parts should be sealed for storage,don’t make any leakage during transporation.

1. What are the normal package ?
100 ml /300 ml /2600 ml /18.9 L for one part silicone sealant
1 kg /tin for heat sink compound
20 kg / barrel for two parts potting compound

Normally it's -50C - +180C ,depends on specific item .
3. Does your silicone sealant corrode metal and plastic ?
No, it doesn't .All of our silicone sealant are neutral .
