Two parts potting adhesive HM-312
Introduction
312 is two parts condensed type silicone sealant, cured under room temperature, release alcohol, no corrosion to PC,PP,ABS,PVC and copper wire. Good adhesion for most electronic material(PP and PE exception)
Properties
1. Low viscosity, good flowability, suitable for mould pressing of complex electronic element
2. After cured, will be soft rubber-like material, excellent shock resistance
3. Heat resistance, moisture resistance, and excellent cold resistance, can extend service life of electronic elements.
Application
Used as potting adhesive for power module, electronic element deep layer, LED backlight,HID lamp,LED display,etc.

Shelf life
·packaging: A:20kg B:2kg c:0.2kg/barrel
shelf life:should be stored in shady and cool place, under 30°C. Our sealant has a usable life of 12 months when stay unopened.
Usage
1. Mixed A and B parts with ratio 10:1(weight or volume),after completely mixed, use vacuum
Pump to release the bubble, be careful ,the total amount should be less than 1/3 of the container, in case of any overflow. Also can release the bubble naturally by standing the sealant still for about 20~30 mins under 25°C
2. Try to pour the sealant to the potting position as soon as possible avoid any air invade. Under room temperature, with 24H,this sealant can be cured and become elastomer,low temperature and mixed ratio will have great effect to curing time.
Remark
1. Completely cured sealant is non-toxic, but do not directly contact with eyes or kids. Should keep ventilate when applying. We suggest that before applying, customer had better have a test to make sure our sealant can highly meet your demand.
2. Normally,the mixed ratio between A and B is 10:1,but we can adjust the mixed ratio to change the curing time. We don’t suggest using heating to accelerate the curing process,in case of there will be some hole or bubble on surface, which have some bad effect on sealability.
3. Thickness of potting, better less than 50mm.Normally, thickness less than 20mm,the sealant can be release the bubble naturally. But if the potting position is very thick, better use vacuum pump, under 700mmHg,at least 5 mins to get rid of the bubble.
4. Before mixed, completely mixing each component separately.
5.If want matting ,could add the C(matting agent),normally the matting will appear 24~48h of potting. Under higher temperature, the matting will appear earlier, but do not make it over 50°C
Storage
Our silicon encapsulates should be stored at -20℃~27℃,kept containers tightly closed and head or air space minimized. Shelf life is 9 months after the date of manufacture.
Remark
Product of complete solidification is in noxious. But keep out of children’s reach and avoid touching with eyes before solidifying, work in ventilated place. And due to work environment and condition is varying, we recommend that test before in service.

Normally it's -50C - +180C ,depends on specific item .
3. Does your silicone sealant corrode metal and plastic ?
No, it doesn't .All of our silicone sealant are neutral .
