Rubber coated gravity conveyor roller
With the function of supporting the weight of the conveyor belt and material, trough-shaped conveyor roller is consist of shell, axis, bearing,bearing pedestal and seal ring. In accordance with different conveyor types,the angle of groove mode changes from 10 to 60 degrees.External diameter of roller:Φ89~Φ159 length:190mm~600mm.
Our company has been attaching importance to the design and manufacturing process of carrier roller.The current carrier roller,having drawn on experience from German company PRECISMCECA and Japan IHI and American United Continental Holdings,is a good design of high quality and unique features.We use stamping bearing pedestal in producing bearing,seamed steel pipes and KA-series bearing with backlash and with waterproof and dustproof seals.We also use double retaining ring in axial direction setting and lithium-based No.3 lubricating grease with strong performance of aging resistance.This kind of carrier roller features rational construction,steady and reliable performance,small resistance to rotation,smooth operation and good water and dust proof performance.
Pipe blanking is conducted by differential gear feed tube-cutting machine tool of domestic advanced level.Double-end bore is used in pipe procession.Work piece is chucked one time and lathe work is done to ensure the coaxiality of bore diameter of both ends and size and precision of the mould.Stamping bearing pedestal chooses domestic 08F or 08AL steel plate which experiences cold rolling and then recrystallization.
There are 13 processes from blanking to moulding.The assembling of carrier roller adopts technology of assembling before welding and is conducted on double-end welding machine.The welding of bearing pedestal and pipe is conducted at the same time.CO2 gas automatic protection welding is adopted.
