We produce: Nano Anti-fingerprint Surface (NAS) coating on
Hairline, Vibration, Bead Blast, ArtBrush finishes, with any of our 7 Ti-colors:
Copper/ Brass / Bronze / Gold / Nickel-Silver / Brown / Black
Sizes: 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 / 2.0mm. x 1220mm. x 2440mm.(or 3050mm.)
Grade: AISI 304 stainless steel

Advantages and properties of NAS coating:
1) Ease of Maintenance - Forever solves the problem of fingerprints and cleaning.
2) Appearance - Wet look adds freshness and makes an attractive 3D impression.
All finishes after NAS treatment look deeper and luster rich.
3) Touch – Slippery smooth surface gives a pleasant, warm feeling when touched.
4) UV resistant - NAS protects surfaces from discoloration especially if they are exposed
to a direct sunlight.
5) Increased Hardness - Regular stainless steel surface has 2H~3H by Pencil Hardness Tester,
after the NAS treatment the surface Hardness is tripled, to reach at least 8H hardness.
6) Anti-corrosion rating - Regular AISI 304 stainless steel is capable of resisting approximately
400 hours of Salt Spray Test, after the NAS treatment the life span will be extended effectively.
7) Adhesion Test – Passed 100% Cross-cut Test. Material with NAS coating can be bent and
still retain the same physical properties of a regular stainless steel.

free from contaminating elements and safe for all living.
