How It Works:

Each Locking system comprises of the following:

• PC (usually located behind reception)
• Software + Encoder (how the cards are issued)
• Locks (pysical locks on the doors)
• Cards (the KeyCard to open the door)

 Software:

The hotel management software has been designed specifically with ease of use and practicality in mind.The software comes on a CD and is installed directly onto the hotel’s computer. Each lock is given a unique identity i.e. the room number, making issuing cards a quick and simple process. The encoder is plugged into one of the computer’s USB ports and the cards are then placed over the encoder to encrypt the required data on to them.
