II, Reagent shelf ( steel-glass structure )

Reagent shelf: vertical post: it’s made of 1.0mm cold-roll steel sheets and bending and welding for forming. it needs pickling ,parkerising, high pressure electrostatic coating for surface with epoxy,

Mould punching for both side, it can be support for reagent shelf ‘s single side ,it’s strong ,. 

Layer board:it’s made of 1.2mm cold-roll steel sheet for basic ,be connected with vertical post for fixing ,the height can be adjusted , 

Layer board is made of 10mm ground glass which is corrosion prevention and easy to clean.

Guard rail: the both side of layer board be set stainless steel guard rail which diameter is12mm, it can prevent ware and medicine slipping off.  Load-bearing: 98kg.

III, Storage cabinet:

Body: main frame : it’s made of aluminum alloy which is special fro lab , surface is coated by epoxy powder which is acid proof and good weight capacity ,nice look .

Side plate and top plate: it’s made of 12mm double faces melamine board;

Back plate: it’s made of 9 mm double faces melamine board.

Door plate: which is fifty –fifty ,glass door for upper, melamine board for down.

Door hinge: which is corrosion resisting and sturdy and durable with opening 90°, long using life ( more than  eighty thousand times for opening and closing )

Handle: Honed handle which surface is coated by high pressure static powder ,it’s corrosion resisting,nice look, it’s very convenient for using .

IV, Atomic absorption exhaust hood and Universal exhaust hood 

Atomic absorption exhaust hood: which is made of 1.2mm stainless steel ( 316#),it need to be punched,sheared,bended for forming with NC equipment ,then welding and polishing ,which have good alkali corrosion resistance and good exhaust effect and using widely . 

Universal exhaust hood:  which is made of high density PP material , it can remove 360°.it’s easy to wash ,discharge ,rebuilt. Exhaust volume: 200m3/h

V,Tap and sink 

3-way tap:  which is special tap for lab, one for high(Tip copper water nozzle) and two for low ( subcritical flow copper for water nozzle ), the tap is made of casting copper  and water valve is porcelain and coating epoxy powder for surface . the high one which can be rotated 360°for multipurpose use ; Outlet nozzle can be discharged ,cause there is screw thread in it .

Sink : it’s made of PP ,thickness:7mm ,it’s smooth and no deformation, bacteriostasis,easy to clean,corrosion resistance; bottom support installing for avoid waste splash out and it’s good for making water backflow; the bottom of sink be design in convex ,it’s good for draining off water.
