It is designed for cutting soft material, like cardboard, foam panel, mat board, carpet and rubber.
We can use different size of the cutting blades for the different designs and materials.
can work on the standard materials which the normal CNC router works. It is the stepper system with
the windows control system. We offer different power of the spindle for this machine.
You can choose the one for your application. This machine is a good option for the sign making industry.

1).Adopt T type large square pipe design machine body,run more smoothly and stable.
2).Taiwan Syntec control system, Original Italy HSD air cooling spindle.
3).XYZ adopt original Taiwan Hiwin orbit, XY axis with China famous helical gear with high
precision, Z axis adopt original Taiwan TBI ballscrew.
4).Manual lubrication system,separate control box, vacuum table with T-slot
5).Can custom machine size according to your requirement.
6).Equiped with tangential knife and pressed roller,can achieve carton forming one work.
Further more, machine equiped with laser positioning head, easy to align cutter, and advanced
aligning precision.
3.Application
Mainly used for cutting and proofing for carton package, very good help for carton package
industry.

Corrugated materials,sponge and foam board,lvory cardboard, gray paper, corrugated paper,
plastic sheets,composite materials and leather materials maximum cutting thickness at 40mm
