Reactors are main mixing equipment in chemical production. It can be stainless steel reactor, carbon steel reactor, enamel reaction kettle, etc.

1. Transmission mechanism: comprised of a motor, a speed reducer, a machine frame, a coupling, a bearing, a connecting plate and composition. 

2. Reaction kettle body: The thickness of reactor body sheet will be determined according to the size and material reaction design requirements, and designed pressure. Material is generally stainless steel (304 stainless steel, 321 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel), carbon steel, or enamel.

3. Heat transfer device: jacket, inner coiled tube, outer coiled tube. Organic heat carrier circulation (heat conducting oil, hot water or steam) is for heating, and cooling water, chilled water, cold conducting oil or natural wind are for cooling.

4. Stirring device: paddle type, anchored type, double propellers type, stirring impeller type, dispersion plate, and butterfly oar type.

5.  Stirring speed: stirring speed is determined by materials mixing requirement. In general, if several liquid materials need to be mixed and take reaction, generally 50-85 runs / min is choose. If a powder is dispersed into liquid, the general choice for running speed is 500 -1500 runs / min. If oil should be emulsified into water or two incompatible liquids should be emulsified mixed,  2500 -3500 runs/ min should be selected.

6.  Sealing device: mechanical seal, and material filling seal.

7.  Complete set of accessories of a reaction kettle: high position chute, a dripping tank, distillation column, heat exchanger, water separator, and filter.

Usage: 

suitable for producing paint, ink, coating, resin, glue, dyestuff and so on and also for paper making industry. The mixers are used for wet dispersing and mixing of liquid-solid materials.
