300-500BPH bottle water production line for 5 gallon
5 Gallon water production line Process description:
According to the technical parameter, the bottles after sorting will be transported to the washing by pure water, bottle filling and seal-capping automatically. After washing, the bottle will be filled with pure water, capping sealed, and then sent to be packed, and then send to warehouse.
The production process is as follows:
1). Drinking water material preparation: after the water treatment and ozone generator, the pure water can be sent to the bottle filling machine.
2). Bottle washing water: the water is the pure water after the water treatment and ozone generator.
3). Cap remover and bottle outside wash: the cap remover can remove the cap automatically, and the empty bottle be convey to the outsize washing machine, the bottle will be brushed by the hairbrush with the Alkaline water, and then the bottle be flushed by the pure water.
4). The inside washing, filling, and capping machine. After filling, the water bottle will be capped automatically.
5). Disinfection and sorting of the cap: the caps reach the technical requirements will be sent to the sort cap machine through the cap lift machine.
6). After seal the cap, there is lamp inspection, to check the bottle water is full or not.
7).The post packing: after the lamp inspection, there is a manual labeling platform, and then Heat film shrinkable wrapped, and then Auto bottle elevator to lift the bottle and put the plastic bag on the surface of the bottle, the end products will be sent to the warehouse.
