Product description
EDI water system has advantage as following:
1.less consumption of ion-exchange resin, consumption quantity is about 5% of traditional mixed-bed ion-exchange technology.
2.No need regeneration of acid and alkali,saving acid,alkali and clearing water, less human labor.
3.No waste acid, waste alkali discharge, clean production technology, an environmentally friendly product.
4.Operation automatically, stable output water quality, combined with RO technology, the ultra pure water can reach 18MΩ.cm.
5.high quality of output water, the Resistivity can reach 18MΩ.cm.
6.Excellent ability of removing weak ion substance(such as CO2, SI, B, NH), more suitable to make ultra pure water.
7.Water production process is continuous, the system no need to shutdown when regeneration.
Water Treatment Process
Booster Pump: In order to the raw water through the pretreatment filter, we install a raw water pump to increase the water pressure.
Sand Filter: to use quartz sand media down to 0.5-1mm. which filter size can be down to 200micron. some big suspended solids like colloids, rust, mud, imparity etc can be traped by media bed. and be removed from water.
Activated Carbon Filter: can absorb some organism, odor & color matter etc.
Softener filter: use cation exchange resin to remove Calcium, Magnesium etc to make soft water. The principal is ion exchange.
Micron Filter: use 5 micron pp sediment filter cartridge to remove the passed suspended solid from pre-treatment. so that more safety for entrance of RO.
High pressure Pump: To increase the water pressure, let the water through reverse osmosis membrane.
Reverse Osmosis: the pore of the reverse osmosis membrane is 0.0001 micron,most of ions,virus and bacteria are trapped by RO membrane. to de-mineralize/desalination etc. it go out PURE WATER from output.
EDI system: the principle is ion-exchange.
Post Safe Items: If necessary, UV sterilizer or Ozone generator will be applied for post treatment to kill bacteria after PURE WATER.

1. How much capacity do I need for my new factory?
Reply: The water volume you need to use per day is the designed capacity.
2. Can the water purifying system meet my demand? If not, how can I get change or compensation?
Reply: Before you place your order, we have sufficient communication with you on your application and our engineers will offer essential and optimized solution for you. We must ensure the water treatment system would meet your demand if you place the order. The system is tested before shipping and after installation and commissioning in your factory, you can check the result for acceptance. If the system could not meet your demand, we must find the problem and to the worst case, change a new set for you in one year of guarantee period, which never happens.
3. How can I get more wearing parts after some year's using?
Reply: We attach all wearing parts which are enough for one year use along with the machine loading. For the second year, if you need to change some wearing parts, just contact us and we can sell to you by courier.
