Item II. Delivery place: Tianjin port of China.
Item III. Terms of payment: 30% TT in deposit, 70% TT before shipment.

Item V. Warranty: Seller provides one year limited warranty on equipment.
Item VI. Terms of acceptance and the Installation and debugging.
1. Installation place: all over the world. .
2. The seller will be in charge of installation, the buyer should bear the costs of lodging and food and round-trip expenses for the seller.
3. Labor charge for 80USD/Person/day.
