Product Description

 

Max-seal 9000 is one –component building usage curtain-wall silicone structural sealant. the product is up to the standard of GB16776-2005 tested by relative national authority department of China. It is for neutral cure, no cauterization silicone sealant with excellent weatherproof and resisting high temperature capability, which property is not changed in the temperature between -30℃and 150℃.The product has excellent cohesion to most of building materials, and good compatibility with other neutral cure silicone sealant.

 

Usage

  Suitable used for glass, coating glass, stone(marble and granite),aluminum composed sheets, pure aluminum sheets curtain-wall etc as structural sealant.•Glass monitor, metal project, other building and industries usage as structural sealant.

 

Notes

  It is necessary to take the compatibility test for all of materials contacted with silicone sealant including basic and auxiliary materials before application. Only the test result up to grade, the construction can be made. •The curtain-wall unit can’t be moved within 14 days after the sealant has cured totally. The temperature of material surface should not be more than 50℃ during application.•Every engineering drawing should be checked insuring the design, application and installation process up to relative engineering standards. •The user should strictly observe the construction criterion in application, which can be referred to our product application direction. •If have any questions during application, please contact with our company in time. •The product should keep out of reach of children. Avoiding uncured silicone sealant to touch eyes. If the uncured silicone sealant into eyes, it can be flushed out by clear water and go to hospital. The color, production date and batch code are noted on the sausage body of blank space.
