Thickness: K9 is the normal one, we can supply K7,K8, K10, K12 if requested.
Standard:
ISO2531, BS EN545, EN598, ISO4179, ISO8179
Ductile iron pipes for water conveyance:
Product standards: BS EN545:2002, ISO2531:1998
Ductile iron pipes for sewerage application:
Product standard: BS EN598:2002
Material:
Ductile Iron GGG500-7&400-12 or ASTM-A-536 grade 80-55-06 etc.
Flexible push-on joint and rubber gasket are used to make convenient installation of pipelines
Joint Type:
The normative joint are Push-on (Tyton-type) joint, we could also supply Mechanical (K-type) joint and flange type if requested.
Material of Rubber gasket: NR, NBR, EPDM, etc.
Coating: Firmly sticking internal and external coating layer
Outside sprayed with zinc (in accordance with ISO8179, not less than 130 g/m2) and black bitumen paint (with thickness not less than 70 microns), inside with cement mortart lining as per ISO4179.
